What’s included in the setup fee?
The setup fee covers personalized training: we walk a designated representative of your company through setting up your company profile, generating your initial SMS documents, creating and customizing hazard reporting forms, configuring your FRAT, adding users, and understanding how each system works. You are not left to figure it out alone.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up for a free trial with no credit card required. During the 14-day trial, you can access most of our comprehensive features. In terms of document generation, you can generate the complete SMS Procedures Manual to see how our AI-powered document generation works FREE. Upgrade at any time to unlock all 8 document types.
What if I have exactly 43 employees?
With 43 employees, you’re in the Growth tier (25-75). You would pay $949 (base for 25) + $560 (four additional 5-employee groups) = $1,509 per month. At 45 employees, the price stays the same. At 46 employees, you add another $140 = $1,649.
Can I change plans later?
You can upgrade at any time. Changes take effect monthly and are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrading can be done at the completion of your annual billing cycle.
Is there a contract?
Your contract is annual. You pay annually and can cancel at the end of your billing year.
What’s the difference between plans?
All plans include ALL features. The only difference is the number of employees and the price.
